Gashkidino Giizis - When Everything Freezes Over Moon

 We're entering that time when everything freezes over. The fields are plucked and harvests are stored. Some people net whitefish, hunt deer. My students are cutting up deer and learning how to cook it. Soon they'll learn how to tan the hide too.
